Tuesday, January 15th, 2019: Braves Ink Deal with SP Jenkins
Word of a huge deal between Ryan Jenkins and Atlanta broke on BNN minutes before a deal was officially announced.

The premiere starting pitcher will play for an estimated $8,626,000 per year. He is definitely capable of putting together big money campaigns, which is exactly what the Atlanta owners needed to enhance their portfolio.

Jenkins has a career won-loss record of 54 wins and 46 losses with 910 strikeouts in 882.1 innings and a 4.63 ERA.

Wednesday, January 9th, 2019: Atlanta Inks Star 2B to $126,630,000 Deal
Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 29-year-old second baseman Rob Greene to Atlanta.

Greene is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Braves have to win a playoff spot this year.

Lifetime Greene is hitting .294 and has totaled 108 home runs.

Atlanta came to terms with veteran starting pitcher Dan Haren today, locking up the 38-year-old to a $2,006,000, 1-year deal.

In his career Haren has 152 victories and 173 defeats and recorded an ERA of 3.98.
